Technical support engineer
$20,000 - 21,000 / month
• Provide Help Desk Support for office application questions to customer
• Provide support, trouble shooting and solutions to problems on desktop application.
-Requirements-
•College Student or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or above.
•Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in Computer support.
•Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Common Desktop Application
•Experience on system administration and system support
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. (including Putonghua)

The working hours for:
Monday to Friday 08:30am to 06:00pm (one hour lunch break)
Saturday 10:00am to 03:00pm (one hour lunch break)
Sunday & Public Holiday OFF
Senior Software Analyst (Finance & HR Application)
• Lead and perform program development, design, maintain and enhance in-house Finance & HR application
• Provide application support and technical troubleshooting for systems
•Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure and end-user teams for system implementation
•Ad hoc support and project implementation during non-office hours
-Requirements-
•Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology •5-8 years working experience in similar capacity •Good communication and time management •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese included Mandarin •(Candidate does not meet the requirements will consider as another job position)
System tester
$16,500 - 17,500 / month

System tester
$14,000 / month
• Participate in various life system projects; ensure the quality and timely delivery of admin system;
• Collect and analyse information from admin users for preparing user requirements;
• Liaise wit1h admin users and MIS/IT in system design and enhancement;
• Perform User Acceptance Test;
• Conduct end-user training;
• Support ad hoc production problems.
